Ratio-Pak®
Industrial Spray Dispensers & HSS Spray System
Plas-Pak is a well known manufacturer of adhesive
dispenser systems, industrial spray dispensers and HSS spray systems.
Our industrial spray system applicators come in both single and
dual cartridge systems with an economical HSS Air Gun, adjustable
atomizing spray nozzles and static mixer assemblies. Our HSS spray
system can be used for a variety industrial spraying and dispensing
applications including spraying of high solid adhesives and coating
projects for maintenance and repair touchups.
An innovative adhesive dispensing system
utilizing our Ratio-Pak® dual cartridges for
meter mix and spraying of two component, high solid adhesives,
coatings and liners.

and portable.

Manifold deflector shields
available to adjust spray pattern.

Flow restrictors available
to control seepage of low viscosity materials.
Current
mixer options include a 1/4" ID x 24, and 3/8"
ID x 24 elements. Other options will include 3/8"
and 5/8" ID mixers for medium to high viscosity
compounds.
Additional mixer options could be developed as required.
Ratio-Pak® HSS Air Gun
The
HSS Air Gun is based on a reliable design with proven
dependability and service. The HSS air gun is equipped
with unique features for separate material flow and
air atomizing spray control.
The HSS air gun has a quick connect/disconnect hose
assembly for easy attachment of air lines to the HSS
Spray manifold. The atomizer air line is also equipped
with an air flow regulator and pressure gauge to properly
control the air flow and spray pattern.

ORIFICE FLOW RESTRICTOR VALVES, DEFLECTORS
and GASKET SEAL TAPE:
Orifice flow restrictors are simple cartridge nozzle mounted
valves which prevent low viscosity material drip and drool,
and also reduce material cross over contamination of A &
B compounds. The restrictor is positioned directly at the
outlet end of the cartridge, and is held in place by the HSS
Spray Nozzle Assembly. Restrictor options include:

Market Applications
The Ratio-Pak® HSS System can be used for
a variety of smaller coating projects; maintenance and repair,
protective coatings and liners, touchups, testing, and in-field
demonstrations and applications. In the future, additional
capacity cartridges will allow the HSS system to be considered
for even larger volume applications and projects, including:
