Plas-Pak Industries, USA, is pleased to introduce a new static mixer version of its popular 30 ml separated-nozzle dual syringe. Currently available in 1:1 and 2:1 ratios, the new design provides more convenient and reliable meter mix dispensing through an assortment of low cost bayonet style static mixer nozzles.
According to Charlie Frey, CEO, the new static mixer equipped dual syringes address a growing need for reliable point of application mixing with reduced waste and superior end user convenience by eliminating messy hand mixing. The low cost manually operated dual syringe with static mixer option also eliminates the need for cumbersome, high cost manual guns associated with small 50 ml dual cartridge/ mixer packages. Available low cost mixer options cover the needs of most commercial applications and plural component products.
Current and developing markets and applications include: automotive and aerospace plural component adhesives and touch up paints and coatings, DIY fast cure adhesives, and two part human health and beauty aids, skin and hair care products, dental adhesives and whiteners, and pest control compounds.
