Cartridge Dispensing Systems
Plas-Pak’s Ratio-Pak cartridge dispensing system is used in a variety of industrial applications, including adhesives, sealants, and coatings. Our patented system allows for a wide array of ratio combinations; static mixers, dispensing guns, and orifice restrictors fill out the product line, and offer a complete solution for your application needs. Most cartridge configurations are available with cut off tips or open ends, assorted thread forms, and self- venting seals for easy filling.
Features:
Ideal for a broad range of dual component adhesive dispenser cartridges, sealants, reactive compounds, and two-part foams- Avoids air entrapment; improves static mixing reliability; minimizes waste and increases productivity
- Point of use mixing for highly reactive faster cure products; can also be used without static mixer to proportion two part systems
- Manual and air-powered adhesive dispensing guns or bench mounted shot size controlled dispensing equipment available
- Heavy polypropylene copolymer adhesive dispenser cartridge wall for strength; Also available in Nylon 6, HDPE, and optional materials
- Proprietary plunger seal design provides excellent leak-resistant adhesive applicator sealing for low and high viscosity materials. All plastic adhesive cartridges design has excellent compatibility
- Custom filling services widely available

Seal Options
- S15 Seal Standard Ratio Pak seal; requires shimming Available on all Ratio-Pak Cartridges
- S16 Seal Reinforced, dual wiper self venting seal: No shimming required. Available on 75ml, 150ml, 300m,l and 750ml cartridge sizes
- S17 Seal Reinforced dual wiper design without center vent. Shimming required. Available on 75ml, 150ml, 300ml, and 750ml cartridge sizes.
