Direct Thread Static Mixers
These mixers screw directly onto the cartridge housing, eliminating the need for retaining nuts. Nozzle output i.d. options include 7/16" and 9/16" for the 5/8" diameter, and 3/8" for the 1/2 diameter.

Bell House Static Mixers
Bell housing static mixers fit all Ratio-Pak® cartridge combinations, and are available in a wide variety of diameters and lengths. Bell Housing mixers require the use of a retaining nut to attach the mixers to the cartridge nozzle. The most popular sizes are listed below. Other sizes are available on request.

Accessories and Components
Retaining Nuts – Retaining nuts are required to hold bell housing static mixers to the cartridge while dispensing. They can also be used to secure cartridges and caps in place during shipping.

Fits all Systems II thread nozzles. Used with 1/4” and 3/16” diameter bell house mixers.
Systems II® RPN78
Fits all Systems II thread nozzles. Used with 3/8” and 1/2” diameter bell house mixers.
Euro-thread EUNFits all Euro-thread nozzles. Used with bell housing mixers.
Euro-thread EUN1Fits all Euro-thread nozzles. Used with bell housing mixers. Can be wrench tightened.
Orifice Restrictors – Reduces material flow until gun pressure is applied. Reduces drip, cross-over, and enhances static mixing, especially for low viscosity formulations.

Caps – Caps are included with all cartridge configurations. Options include single “D” shaped caps (C77) used for single cartridges, or the one-piece dual caps (C-90), used on one-piece dual cartridges or preassembled single cartridges configurations.
